How Do I Send Crypto?
1. Go to the wallet you want to send from. 2. Tap "Send." 3. Enter the recipient's address. 4. Enter the amount. 5. Review Security Gate checks. 6. Confirm the transaction. 7. Done. The transaction is sent to the blockchain and processes according to network speed (typically 30 seconds to a few minutes).
How Do I Receive Crypto?
1. Go to the wallet you want to receive in. 2. Tap "Receive." 3. Copy your address (or share the QR code). 4. Give this address to the sender. 5. Once sent, crypto appears in your wallet. Receiving is instant (address generated immediately). The crypto takes as long as the network takes.
What's a Transaction Fee?
A transaction fee (called "gas") is paid to the blockchain network to process your transaction — it's not paid to Meton Wallet. Fees vary based on network congestion, transaction complexity, and how fast you want confirmation. Meton Wallet shows you the exact fee before you send.
Can I Cancel a Transaction?
Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be canceled or reversed. This is true for all blockchains. Before you send, Security Gate gives you a chance to review everything. If you haven't sent yet, you can cancel before confirming.
How Long Do Transactions Take?
Depends on the blockchain: Bitcoin 10–60 minutes, Ethereum 30 seconds to a few minutes, Solana 10–30 seconds, other chains usually 30 seconds to a few minutes. You can choose faster (higher fee) or slower (lower fee) when sending.
What if My Transaction Fails?
If a transaction fails: your funds are returned to your wallet, you still pay the gas fee (this goes to miners/validators, not Meton Wallet), check the error message to understand why, and try again with adjusted settings. Contact support if you can't resolve the issue.
Can I Send to the Wrong Address by Mistake?
Security Gate catches many mistakes, but not all. Always: copy-paste addresses (don't type them manually), verify addresses match what you expect, send a small test amount first to new addresses, and double-check before confirming.
