!App Won't Load
- 1.Check your internet connection
- 2.Restart the app (close and reopen)
- 3.Force close: Settings → Apps → Meton → Force Stop
- 4.Clear cache: Settings → Apps → Meton → Storage → Clear Cache
- 5.Restart your phone
- 6.Update to the latest app version
If it persists, contact us with:

!Transaction Stuck or Slow
- 1.Check if the blockchain network is congested
- 2.You may have used very low gas (slower but cheaper)
- 3.Check block explorer for transaction status
- 4.Most pending transactions complete within 24 hours
If it persists, contact us with:
Transaction hash, blockchain, amount, timestamp
!Can't Receive Funds
- 1.Verify you gave the correct address to the sender
- 2.Confirm the sender used the correct blockchain
- 3.Wait 2–10 min for blockchain confirmation
- 4.Check blockchain explorer to verify the transaction exists
- 5.Restart the app and force refresh
If it persists, contact us with:

!Forgot PIN
- 1.Go to Settings in Meton Wallet
- 2.Select "Forgot PIN"
- 3.Enter your 24-word recovery seed
- 4.Set a new PIN
!Lost Device
- 1.Download Meton Wallet on a new device
- 2.Select "Restore from Seed"
- 3.Enter your 24-word recovery seed
- 4.Set a new PIN — your wallet is fully restored!
!Not Sure if Address is Safe
- 1.Security Gate checks the address automatically when sending
- 2.Green = Safe, Yellow = Caution, Red = High risk
- 3.Always verify addresses independently
- 4.Send a small test amount first to new addresses

What's the Fastest Way to Get Help?
Open a support ticket at metonwallet.com/support (sign in with just your email) for a tracked reply, or join our Telegram community for the fastest live back-and-forth — usually a response within 2–4 hours.
Do You Have Phone Support?
Not currently. We support via Telegram, email, contact form, and social media. Telegram is fastest.
What if I Have a Security Issue?
Email security@metonwallet.com immediately with details. This is our highest priority queue.
How Do I Report a Bug?
Email support@metonwallet.com with a detailed description, steps to reproduce, device and OS info, app version, and screenshots if helpful.
When Are You Available?
We monitor support channels 24/7, with fastest responses Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM UTC. Telegram: 2–4 hours. Email: 24 hours.
Can I Schedule a Call?
Not currently. Everything is handled via text channels — Telegram, email, or the contact form.
Do You Have a Public Status Page?
Major issues are announced on Twitter and Telegram. A dedicated status page is coming soon.
How Can I Request a Feature?
Use the contact form, email support@metonwallet.com, or ask in Telegram. All feature requests are reviewed.
Can I Get a Refund for Transaction Fees?
Transaction fees are paid to the blockchain network, not Meton. We cannot refund or reverse transactions.
