Scope: Swap routing only

MoonPay

Purpose: Fiat on-ramp (if used)
Data shared: Only what you provide to MoonPay
Scope: Payment processing only

Cloudflare

Purpose: Website security and CDN
Data shared: Website traffic (anonymized)
Scope: Security and performance only

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law: court order, subpoena, government request, law enforcement investigation, protection of legal rights, or prevention of fraud.

6.3 Blockchain Data

Blockchain transactions are immutable. We cannot delete your blockchain transactions, wallet addresses on public blockchains, or blockchain history. These are permanent parts of the blockchain and not controlled by Meton Wallet.

You have the right to know what data we've collected about you.

Meton Wallet contains links to external websites including ledgermind.xyz, 0x Protocol, MoonPay, and others. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies.

We minimize third-party data collection and use only necessary libraries. Notable libraries: React Native libraries, Analytics libraries, and Security libraries.

12. Children's Privacy

Age Requirement

Meton Wallet is not intended for users under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we learn a user is under 13: we will delete their account, delete associated data, and notify the user/parent.

For users aged 13–18: parental/guardian consent is recommended.

13. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we change this policy, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify users of material changes.

If we make material changes, we will notify you via email (if provided), post prominently on the website, and request explicit consent if required.
