Meton Wallet ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website (metonwallet.com) and our mobile application (Meton Wallet) (collectively, the "Service").

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Service.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

Meton Wallet is designed to minimize data collection. We only collect information when necessary for Service functionality.

Information Provided During Download/Setup:

• Device identifier (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android)
• App installation timestamp
• App version number

When you use blockchain features in the Meton Wallet mobile app, we interact with:

• Reliable Infrastructure – Blockchain data access and fraud detection (Security Gate)

This third party may collect information as described in its privacy policy.

We plan to launch a separate Meton Wallet Web App (coming soon) — a not-yet-launched website product where you will connect a wallet to access Swap, Earn, Staking, Crypto Card, Buy Crypto, and RWA features. The mobile app described above does not integrate with any swap or fiat on-ramp provider. This Privacy Policy does not yet apply to the Web App: before it launches, we will publish an updated policy (with a new effective date) disclosing its data practices and the third-party processors it relies on, such as 0x Protocol (swap routing) and MoonPay (fiat on-ramp).

The Meton Wallet mobile app does not share data with any swap, card, or fiat on-ramp provider today. Once the Meton Wallet Web App (coming soon) launches, it will share limited information with processors such as 0x Protocol (swap routing) and MoonPay (fiat on-ramp), and this section will be updated with the same level of detail shown above.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law: court order, subpoena, government request, law enforcement investigation, protection of legal rights, or prevention of fraud.

4.3 Business Transfers

If Meton Wallet is acquired or merged, information may be transferred to the new entity. We will notify you in advance, and you will have the right to delete your account.

4.4 User Consent

We will not share your information with additional third parties without your explicit consent.

6.2 Deletion Upon Request

You can request data deletion at support@metonwallet.com:

1. We will delete all collected data
2. Deletion completes within 30 days
3. Backups deleted within 90 days

6.3 Blockchain Data

You can opt out of analytics: Go to Settings in Meton Wallet → Toggle "Share Analytics" OFF.

7.6 Do Not Track

If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, we will honor the request and not collect analytics.

Meton Wallet is hosted on servers in the United States. For EU users, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for lawful data transfer.

9.1 CCPA

Meton Wallet contains links to external websites including ledgermind.xyz and others. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies. The mobile app does not link to or integrate with any swap or fiat on-ramp provider today. When the Meton Wallet Web App (coming soon) launches, it will link to and integrate with third-party processors such as 0x Protocol and MoonPay, and those integrations will be disclosed here at that time.

We minimize third-party data collection and use only necessary libraries. Notable libraries: React Native libraries, Analytics libraries, and Security libraries.

If we learn a user is under 13: we will delete their account, delete associated data, and notify the user/parent.

For users aged 13–18: parental/guardian consent is recommended.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we change this policy, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify users of material changes.

If we make material changes, we will notify you via email (if provided), post prominently on the website, and request explicit consent if required.

14.2 Supervisory Authorities

If you have a complaint, you can lodge it with your data protection authority (EU/UK users), California Attorney General (CA residents), or the FTC (Federal Trade Commission).

By using Meton Wallet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Meton Wallet.
