!App Won't Load
- 1.Check your internet connection
- 2.Restart the app (close and reopen)
- 3.Force close: Settings → Apps → Meton → Force Stop
- 4.Clear cache: Settings → Apps → Meton → Storage → Clear Cache
- 5.Restart your phone
- 6.Update to the latest app version

!Transaction Stuck or Slow
- 1.Check if the blockchain network is congested
- 2.You may have used very low gas (slower but cheaper)
- 3.Check block explorer for transaction status
- 4.Most pending transactions complete within 24 hours

!Can't Receive Funds
- 1.Verify you gave the correct address to the sender
- 2.Confirm the sender used the correct blockchain
- 3.Wait 2–10 min for blockchain confirmation
- 4.Check blockchain explorer to verify the transaction exists
- 5.Restart the app and force refresh

!Forgot PIN
- 1.Go to Settings in Meton Wallet
- 2.Select "Forgot PIN"
- 3.Enter your 24-word recovery seed
- 4.Set a new PIN
!Lost Device
- 1.Download Meton Wallet on a new device
- 2.Select "Restore from Seed"
- 3.Enter your 24-word recovery seed
- 4.Set a new PIN — your wallet is fully restored!
!Not Sure if Address is Safe
- 1.Security Gate checks the address automatically when sending
- 2.Green = Safe, Yellow = Caution, Red = High risk
- 3.Always verify addresses independently
- 4.Send a small test amount first to new addresses

目前没有。我们通过 Telegram、邮件、联系表单和社交媒体提供支持。Telegram 最快。

立即发送详情至 security@metonwallet.com。这是我们的最高优先级队列。
如何报告错误？
发送邮件至 support@metonwallet.com，附上详细描述、复现步骤、设备和系统信息、应用版本及截图。
你们何时提供服务？
我们全天候监控支持渠道，周一至周五 UTC 上午9点至下午6点响应最快。Telegram：2–4小时。邮件：24小时。
可以预约通话吗？
目前不可以。所有问题通过文字渠道处理——Telegram、邮件或联系表单。
你们有公开状态页吗？

可以退还交易手续费吗？
交易手续费支付给区块链网络，而非 Meton。我们无法退款或逆转交易。
